Overall very good start. Unique looking characters, and I dig their designs a lot. The different personalities work quite well. Except maybe the protagonist. For me he stands at an awkward threshold where he's not a completely blank self-insert canvas but there isn't so much stuff to grasp to really put him somewhere. Just my feeling, of course.
I though that the mixing of the audio was a bit off at times. Some effects were disproportionally louder/quieter than others.
From the sounds at the start of the hospital fight to the scene on the roof for example(Edit: iirc the traffic sounds, but it's been a few days so I might have to check back on that again). Might also just be my settings, but I didn't really experience this with other games recently
There is a pretty nifty amount of content for a first release. Gallery and all that has been set up in advance, glad to see someone planned ahead. Good signs for longevity of the project.
The segment of that sentinel secret base felt a tiny bit rushed. For such an important secret base it was run through in quite a short time, quickest sightseeing tour I've seen in a while. Oh, and that base asset in the desert looked hella out of place. Bit strange that this looks thrown together so much more than the rest of the game.
Been a good looking start. This story might go places, just need to see which places that will be.
Good luck, Seraph, and thank you for the release!
Cheers =)
I used Sandboxie, too. It did not cause any issues whatsoever, so the issue might not be the game.
