Yeep need to delete your save in the appdata folder. You could also make a new save and then edit it to be harder or easier since you can increase or decrease multiple aspects of your character like HP, Armor, Ammo and Money. I don't recall if you can edit damage and I wouldn't recommend changing your max sperma nor horny meter since changing that stuff's max could break events/H-animations.
Then all you need to do is backup that edited save and just copy and overwrite when your restarting so you don't need to re-edit every time you reset the speedrun.

What a game! Love the horror aspect, good h-scenes and kinda fun gameplay. Any recommendations for other games like this one? I know Uzura has another game, but it is in Japanese, so that one kinda escapes me.

TentacleImpact just so you know games listed not under requests have an translation of sorts to English instead of being in the original languages, half of them are usually MTL (machine translation) and are processed in the moment by connecting to the translation service (usually Google or Bing) as a result it can take a few seconds for the English text to appear.
I know that Uzurazanac's previous game does have an translation for it.
The closest game to this that comes to mind for me is Syahatas Bad Day however it is a stretch as Uzurazanac's game are unique I feel personally. (also Lutellaria my top H-Game from it's release to present still) Additionally Bad Day is honestly short and imbalanced (Running past enemies better than fighting at a few points and first boss is hardest) especially at the end but I believe the Dev felt forced to release the game. However it's animation work is great along with on specific H-scene that is easy to miss but I personally found amazingly done and wish more games had similar scenarios of. HINT:It's in the spider den

Yeah I've played tons and tons of games and nothing really comes close to Uzura's Lutellaria and Setalia. Even these two are really different from each other to many extent. It's not that no games are better than these two, it's just that their approach towards gameplay and atmosphere is extremely unique. Don't think you'll ever find something similar to this, but hey... the world is large and if anything, perhaps somebody out there will follow Uzura's footsteps.

That might be a case of there being an unusual keybind for exiting the settings. Try to press every key to find it.
