Unfortunately if you are like me and this is ur introduction into H games, there is barely any other game of the same quality and style
I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in a pool of H-games, but still struggling to give a recommendation. I could recommend Fallen Angel by Toffi >>>, but calling it similar to Lutellaria is a bit of a stretch. May also check out "Thorn Sin" >>>? and "Princess Reconquista" <<<
It's a bit hard to find games like these. I could recommend Kanade Futanari Quest by Dieselmine, but as for more corruption games with animation, I'm a bit short, to be honest.
Princess Reconquista is the only one that comes to mind as being on the same level (unfinished though)
I would recomend World of Futanari, although I havent seen many that include such quality as Uzura's

odd there should just be an opening in the wall that you can now enter, funny thing is is that you should have run past said opening to get back to the save room in your screenshot meaning you may have bugged your game by missing it if it's not there now, weird as that sounds

Now that i check it again, her lower hair is a bit different. She might not be Ruby although looks very much like her. Ugh this game leaves so many lore aspects unanswered but It's still one of my favorite h-games of all time.
