Talking to the librarian is part of the main quest. The cheerleader is currently optional to meet and that's all there is to do with here is to add her to the blank spot under Janice that's how new she is lol.

If you don't have the librarian but are up-to-date with the other characters you technically haven't missed out on any sexual scenes but my librarian is 50% from lvl 0 to 1. Although my Emily is 50% lvl 2 not lvl 3.0 huh.

I think the plot is borrowed from MilfyCity,
There are even similar objects in the locations, although the engine is different.
Same scenario, harem, same locations, similar characters.
MilfyCity ends (more precisely, a crumpled ending, as the developers write that this is the ending) with the husband revealing his wife’s infidelity, and right there in SeasideMystery, Carl covered with a blanket and listened to what was happening..
...it is obvious that a group of developers from one team is divided into 2-3 projects
I hope that SeasideMystery will have more content at least like MilfyCity ...

while I see what you are saying I think you are massively overthinking it. The vast majority of porn games have a plot you could write down on a napkin and a lot and I mean A LOT of harem/incest games feature a protagonist moving into a new household and starting their harem + optinally cucking the previous husbands/boyfriends/fuckbuddies etc.
Milfy City neither didn't invent this formular nor are those two games the only ones with similar scenes which is obvious if you think about the underlying fanbase and fetish.
