It's not random. Are you seeing Laura in another outfit (black lingerie) on Tue night (late Mon) with the options "touch" or "yank hair"?

How are you with Lala's quest line? She is involved with this quest so you may need to make more progress with her, I'd say Quest 6 (at least).

Have you tried "Don't cum" then "Cum on Laura" option? Don't cum on Laura the first time or she'll get mad. If you do it the second time, she 'gets mad' but there are no neg repercussions.

moreover, after downloading version 3.2, i get the message "zip file isn't complete...something is missing". what should i do?

It may be that you have not yet reached the stage that you get that "stupid joke" hotspot. Read all the steps that come in the game guide by clicking on the character, to see if you are missing something ...
