I used the settings: stops time in backrooms. I think then sometimes, the counter did not start by itself when I went back. However, now since Im using that the time does not stop in the back room it works (although it is a little bit annoying with the time going onxD)

Maid Skills are your best bet. Take Out is a very valuable one alongside with Sergil's Take Out

Okay, i've been quickly lookin for cheat and it seems a lot had trouble with it but then...
go to you're appdata>local>secret_care_cafe, choose your save file, open it up with notepad, ctrl+f "money" and put as much as you want. Seems like it works with tons of stats

Alex said that next update changes smth, so we will see, if you are talking about camera freeze when you back to main hall. Btw game doesnt crashing just freezing sometimes for a very long time

It is written automatically change between invite and service but what does that excatly mean? Will she go automatically to the back rooms? I dont get it.

ahh got it. it only works when she is alone and its only about invite outside of the door and service at cafe.

A good tip for making cash more efficiently is to NEVER normally check out a customer unless they've spent no money in the first place and also ignore the 'Flirt' button entirely. Use 'Care' just before the timer runs out and then use the 'Take Out' button to cash them out, even if you have to rotate a new girl in just to use 'Take Out'. You'll be amazed at how much more money you get doing things this way.
Also, since you want to avoid cashing clients out in the normal way and only use 'Take Out' make sure you NEVER unlock Cynthia's automatic cashout perk, it's below worthless and outright hurts your income.
So I turned Cookie down during the event where she’s naked in the cafe after hours and asks you to “help her out”, but then realized it would get in the way of a full gallery unlock. Any way to reset the event to unlock it in the gallery? Not sure what it’s called in the save data file. Thanks!
Didn't find what needs to be changed to reset event. But as a backup you can open in gallery event itself (cookie_first_sex_cg="1.000000") and change in savedata for future events (cookie_first_sex="2.000000"
cookie_is_secretlover="1.000000"). It may help, but not sure

idea: can you add some mini games in the game that if you lose in them ntr happens ?
The triggers for unlocking them in the gallery didn't exist prior to this update, so you gotta start a new day and perform all the GH actions again. Annoyingly grindy to unlock them all in the gallery, especially when most of us have already seen all the GH animations, but I can see the reasoning behind it in all fairness. You can probably just edit your save file to unlock them
