Easy solution, make the content optional, either through a toggle or just nothing happening if you ignore it. Obviously people will miss out on content if they do, but it's content they don't want to see anyway.

If the only person of color is a maid anyways, I'm fairly confident you could avoid any sexual content with her entirely by just putting on "day off" permanently and not bothering to interact with her. Random events are still a thing but I'm assuming any sexual events with her aren't going to trigger if you literally have zero stats with her.
