You can try installing uncensor plugin. Pretty sure it wouldn't fix it, but maybe BepInEx will do some magic or something I dunno ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For anyone still having the infinite loading screen issue, finally found a fix, you want to change the regional format as well not just the display language.

With that finally got to play and clear it, gotta say pretty great game.

Edit2. fixed unstable works of uncensor. plz re-download plugin.

Install

• Install BepInEx BE. (extract it to game folder)
• Run game once. the BepInEx\unity-libs folder will be created.
• put plugin file(barenai_helper.dll) to BepinEx\plugins folder.

• F1 : Muteki(invincibility) toggle. (different from game built-in)

Yes.However, kumarin refers to the IL2CPP BepInEx build in his post. Although it is true that he could have described it more.
Finally, it is possible to check inside the game folder whether the game is Mono or IL2CPP.

I used version 733 (which I stated in my previous post via edit), which kumarin didn't link, so i ended up doing trial and error to find that out.

I used the BepInEx-Unity.IL2CPP-win-x64-6.0.0-be.733+995f049.zip one and it worked fine, remember to follow the install directions given in that post, and it should work properly
