You should probably report to the modder (Danv). That is not in the game by default.
But it truly is a tiny detail though.

NocturnalDev I have a bit of question since I was away for awhile and decided to start the game from the beginning on my new pc. I can't seem to decide where to cum anymore from the very first sex scene and I already turn pregnancy on. Mc automatically cum outside without any input so is this a rework to fit the story or I did something wrong on my end? I played further to the next sex scenes and still can't decide where to cum so I stop.
I think that happens only in the first or second Iris scene. It is like that from the start, but I might rework that in the future.
All the other scenes, you are supposed to be able to choose. Did this happen with any other character than Iris?
