Press 'F4' whilst in-game-world, then continue with F5 [no stamina usage] or F6 [no health damage, but the clothes still killable]; the F4 window must remain open for those cheats to work: once you close it [i.e pressing F4 again], the cheats will be deactivated by themselves.

Both SP-DEMO and EXTRA modes support it...

probably, i didn't went too deep in the code since is still a demo and probably things will change.
