I notice the game now has an .exe that opens a nwjs, is it no longer a HTML game, or did i download the wrong version or what

The actual game is in a subfolder called secretary<version number>

But you may have to reload after starting it in another browser for the side panel to appear

If there is something iffy like that, there may be other things that need the exe to work

so I just finished "The Good Son" and I had a blast. I figured I could try this game out again. By the looks of it there are endings and the story is complete? It looks like it's only side content and other things. Is this a good time to jump back into the game or should I wait? Also Is there alot of content if I change my Characters gender completely to female?
I can't remember the last version I played but I think it was over a year ago.

this game is getting better and better, and breaking a few records along the way, at this point I could say this has the potential to be #1 interactive text game that ever was, and without generative content !!!

Generative content isn't inherently bad

It is a great way to create things that are not humanly possible, like virtually infinite randomized maps in a game like Diablo, or voicing all dialogues in a game so dialogue-heavy that it would take years for voice actors to voice, or that has generated dialogues for infinitely generated sandbox NPCs

Course of Temptation does generative content fairly well

I am wondering the same. I really want to try the complete evil path, but I don't have the time to get back there. I lost my save around the time stage 4 was finished, but getting back to that point seemed like a lot of grinding.

I first got acquainted with the game and poked around in the game folders a bit, will it really be possible to change the gender of some characters (Kurt, Bob, etc.)? I also noticed that some characters changed physically (bigger breasts), and also became evil (red eyes), are all these changes in the game? If so, are they due to some plot or is it just the art that changes and that's it?

You can customize the gender of the characters. And yes, they change depending on the plot.
