Nope. You can speed-run the transition, but the MC always begins as assigned male at birth.

Yeah, I just ran through some of the early parts, and the scene with the therapist (if the MC rejects being female when Antlers brings it up) now had a further option to forcefully insist on being male that wasn't there the last time I played through. So that's nice.
Haven't checked the script so don't know if it's just a new addition or dependant on some hidden stat or other.

Like many long running MtF transformation games.. This started out very good with lots of content, but continued adding and adding new content,new routes while removing some older content/media that was better.. Just finish the game while it's good instead of beating a dead horse into the the ground.

Question: is there a gallery mode to view the scenes? I'm curious to read them, but not curious enough to play the game from the beginning (again).

Wouldn't swear to what stage of the game you need to be in (if any), but of course the MC needs access to the drugs from Twig:
Don't think there's a gallery, but you can access some scenes to replay through the MC's journal.
Changing the gender of a character does not change their genitals. That'd be a major rewrite outside the scope of current development.

Nice, the scenes with Bob were good, but if it were a female version with a cock, Uffff, it would be even better.

I can't get the pegging scene with Serena in the club to trigger. Everytime I go there with a hood on she's being flogged and I can't approach her.
Yeah, I've been using that already. It says step one there is to get the scene with Serena in the club. The only requirements it gives for that scene is to be in stage 3 and have a hood on, which I do, but can only ever get Serena being flogged in the club when I go there.

The last few updates have been adding more evil options to the final chapter, yeah. An evil ending should now be possible. I've never reached the end of stage 5 so can't speak to the details.Is there already an evil ending? What does it consist of? Let's see if that makes me want to play it.

Bob has the size to throw the MC around, but I believe he's usually fairly gentle and considerate unless Evil Bob is active. Same thing goes for Kurt. Haven't looked at either of their content in years though.
I know that once you've cured Alex of the evil personality in stage five, she gets an option to "roleplay" the evil scenes. Don't know if similar is available for Bob and others, but it wouldn't surprise me.
The game is largely finished, with the devs filling in the odd bits and pieces and alternate endings.
The size of the game seems to have decreased. Did they cut content or its just compression?
