Well that's already happened, though it depends on your chosen route and therefore how early you met Mary...
Dont know if this is intended but the gallery unlock only shows the scenes of characters after you have met them

I took the ride with the other girl, did not know there was another route with another girl(Mary) until I saw it here, on the last few pages. I am fine with waiting a bit longer to get Mary's cherry, if I also don't miss out on the other girl's content, who I have to admit, I can't recall who she is, slept too many nights since then(hazards of being old and not waiting to play the full game over a few days).

The "other girl" in this scenario is Sarah. If you took Sarah's offer of a lift, and you've played the latest update, you'll have also now met Mary and had the option to unlock the first of her gallery scenes. The others will follow, but may have slight changes (my estimation based on what we've seen so far and what dev has said).
If you turned down Sarah's offer of a lift at the start, you'll have met Mary soon after, and had the options to unlock all four of her gallery scenes. So far, on that path, you won't have come across Sarah again, but you'll have met her friend, Dawn, and that might (or might not) be the opening to be properly introduced to Sarah on this path.

This is VERY quickly going to become one of the best games on this forum if you keep it up. The writing's good, the animations are dope, the models aren't just palette swaps of each other in the same situations over and over, the scenarios are fucking hot, I like the zoom and world traversal mechanics... I'm getting almost WhoreMonger NTE vibes from this one, I think that was the last game that had so much content that was actually worth pausing to absorb. Please do not abandon this title. And holy shit it's DENSE. This is update 0.05??? and it's got ALL THAT??? Fucks sake this game is gonna be massive once it's finished

Damn, this is a really great game.The only thing I didn't really like was that some path only trigger if the MC stares at girls during a scene. But that's just my quirks.

That gives you the choice to opt out of a certain path.
Many people get upset about not having enough choices in a game, then there are others who just want the story told and don't want any choice. Me thinks BadBod does a great job of finding a happy middle ground.

It looks like you clicked on the Unlock button thus enabling those scenes in the gallery to be replayed.

You know I love your game, and it's one of my favorites of 2025. But you might know that I've mentioned a few times that some of the animations are a bit too stiff/robotic.
I know I'm not going to make any friends with this: wouldn't it be worth considering using AI for some of the animations? Some games do this now, and I think some of the animations look incredibly realistic afterward.

I've not found any of the animations to look stiff or robotic. And I've definitely found plenty of issues with the AI ones I've seen creeping into games. I think you might be right with your "not going to make any friends with this comment" bit...
And that is why I stay the fuck away from AI!

dev hate ai so not gonna happen but i do aggre animation bit stiff but so far its very good than using ai.
The animations in close-ups are very well done.
However, when the full bodies of several people are shown, some body parts don't move at all. I think that slightly diminishes the immersion.
That's what I mean by too stiff/robotic—just my humble opinion.
Otherwise, badbod is doing excellent work.
And when the AI is used well, I think it's just a bonus.
See, for example, games like "Her Desire" (the last two updates).

I agree that Her Desire is using them well. It's literally one of only two that I've played that I can say that for though (the other being Whispers of Desire). Here, dev is doing great animations, IMO, without experimenting with AI, and I think it's right to avoid it if you can. Just because it's "easy" doesn't make it "right".
As I said, I don't recall thinking any of the animations here were stiff or robotic, and certainly nothing that would break the immersion for me, but I do agree with what you say about the close animations. I remember thinking to myself in the last update that they looked particularly good.
