"Dog ate my homework" Conveniently around the time time it was supposed to release. That however does not explain why they would close the site even though it isn't "closed". It's been nothing but excuse after excuse from this dev for years now.

I do so hate to shit on peoples dreams (okay, that's a lie, I love it) but anyone that still thinks this is ever going to come out is puffing on the pipe of hazy delusions.

I just don't get it. What did the Dev expect to happen? Why go down this route of lying about losing all his files just before release? If he just didn't want to work on it anymore why not just say it? Or if he got overwhelmed and couldn't get the content done in time why not just say that?

Well that sucks, think he was asking 40/50 bucks on that site for the release, wonder how many people actually bought into that..
also really hate the fact that with the current history of the developer it makes me ( maybe everyone ) doubt/question whats going on and if theres ill/fraudelent intent behind it.. either way it's a shame really liked this game and had high hopes it would get back on track..

How do you know he's lying? I mean, the game was basically dead and he came back with a plan to continue it while giving the new work to anyone who paid him before without additional payments. He could have just let it be and had the same result, so it doesn't make sense that he's lying really...

I would absolutely love to be wrong here! But The way the Dev's been acting reminds me of one of those old Kickstarter scams from back in the mid 2010s. Like with Starbeam and his project Harem Protagonist. Just excuse after excuse before dropping the game entirely.

Hey I do understand the skepticism, there are a lot of people who are untruthful about this stuff. But if you were on the Discord and read what the dev wrote plus given the circumstances, I tend to believe him.

Hard to figure what the dev gains by lying at this point about not backing up files when the game has been effectively dead for a while and even some longtime supporters were losing hope on it. Very unfortunate situation.

Last I heard, he had a BIG problem with his computer which seriously messed up his progress on the remake, so I have no idea if he is workin on it or has given up.
Though I am really hoping he still workin, and will give us an update one his progress soon.
Porn game development should be added to the global list of professions that should be getting hazard pay. It has the highest illness, needs for urgent surgery and natural disaster ratio out of any job I've seen in my life. Signing up for an army tour may be safer than deciding to develop an adult game at this point.

Dev posted on Twitter back in August saying the game was back in development, and they put their website back up. Hope development goes smoothly this time.
