The story is still being developed, it's a pretty interesting plot, and background. I hope the dev adds more free roaming to the game, more free of choice to the player and repeatable events.

Since I'm familiar with the Dev's other works I'm expecting some twisted stuff to go down in this game. Hell the MC might be bat shit insane and the killer himself. Either way I'm excited to try this out.

Yes, we intend to add all of those features in future releases, without going full sandbox. There will definitely be elements of exploration, and repeatable scenes, and of course new mysteries to solve, aside from the main plot.

It is in the same universe, yes. But other than a few nods and mentions, it's a self contained story.

That was the 1st thing that came to mind...it seemed really similar but once you play it...the only similarities are the storm and the fact that its all girls at the camp.
Decent 1st release...looking forward to more.
