Exactly this is just another game that's been in development limbo hell for years that it's not even worth re-downloading
again. The dates aren't even accurate on the first page either. As it's been over six+ years or more since it released.

Pretty sure release dates are just when it was updated last. If you check all the other release dates on similar games that have been updated today or recently, it will show the same.
