SoD : ID is just an expansion for SoD2
They are mainly working on their third game: Ascot Demonwaltz which is supposed to be an Action/Adventure RPG. I think they said they wanted to make it like skyrim but with darksouls type combat.

it's a DLC
if there's a new demo it would be of ASCOT, and it's being developed on UE5 (so you better have a potent PC by the time the demo released)

You can't, I assume it was planned, maybe for some kind of NTR scene at some point. The area would be perfect for it as you can see in the shower mini-game scenes it leads to a viewing room of the shower which even has an audience during it (which is probably quite awkward for the non-NTR players, does anyone know if the audience is still there if you have NTR off in the options?)
