Go ahead and read their changelogs, if you don't see anything like "fixed CTD" or "fixed crash to desktop" or "fixed broken save" then it means the previous version is just as safe as the newest one, but maybe small glitches may have gotten fixed which may improve the gameplay, or you may not even notice them. At this point in time I believe the game is pretty much stable, but haven't played for a while nor checked the change logs myself.

I know this kinda goes against the point of the game but...
Did they perhaps ever add any feature to turn off the girls being killed? I'm not into Guro but I'm cool with the forced nature of them being game over'd. Its all pretty hot right up to the moment the zombies kill them.

You can switch the dead scene off. It's just a stage fail if their HP reach 0...I know this kinda goes against the point of the game but...

( And yes, it allows you to stay at some high point where zombies can't reach you and just wait till... let's say "zombies get tired"

I do think in an ideal world, to me, it would still include the defeat scenes, with them crying for help and all that, right up to the moment the zombie would kill them and then it just, either stop, go to a black screen or loop the sex. But I guess that might be too specific.

If you have the DLC in the military base in act 10 once you get inside the tank zombies will endlessly spawn in that you can keep killing, when you are in the tank you become invincible and can use the tanks main cannon or machine gun, if it appears that the zombies stop spawning move the tank closer to the either the end of the map or where the tank spawned at to refresh the zombie spawning
Where do I put this save file? Can't find anything for the develop in the appdata folders

Dang, it should include 18+/ SEX/ LEWD PATCH SOMETHING here as well
It took me a while to actually realize that it was a non-hen game, and I need that R18 patch inside, not just mosaic

I'm a lazy arse, but I haven't followed this for quite a while so I think it's pretty understandable to not want to go trawling through 299 pages worth of comments to find things out, so here's my question:
The last version of the game I have is 1.33R, and the last event I can recall is the christmas contume update... I think. What has changed between 1.33 and 2.09 (or whatever's the latest version)?

Old save with new version should work.
You can't downgrade your version from the DLC to non DLC since it will reset the new girl and possibly break your save.
Also don't use version old 1.89 with the DLC because yes it will run it, but will ultimately crash and maybe even break your save.
Also keep in mind that the requirements for vram increased so if you have low vram, the textures may turn blurry.
Even if a lot of people would like to help you immediately, nobody can if you don't provide more information.
Well, you can first check if you have the latest version of the game, download the latest version of the dlc and then if troubles arise come back and tell us version it is and which store you bought it from. I may not be able to help you with that, but I think that's the bare minimum information required for anyone else to help you.
