You can't, there's an H patch for virtually every version of this game including the ones that have come out after this one but not for this one for some reason. I'm pirating the most recent version and gonna check how that works out

I am thoroughly confused about what you people are talking about.
I downloaded the game from the opening post, and it has the adult content in. Everything works. It even has a full save for anyone who can't be assed to play the game.
You guys sure you didn't deactivate R18 mode somehow?
That said, man, this version is uncensored... and the lack of censorship is NOT in this game's favor... The clipping and whatnot is waaaaaaaaaaay too painfully obvious without censorship...
when i downloaded the newest version for the game here and got the patch from makers website and launched it. it said that the body and patch dont match so r18 didnt work

Hey so I'm stuck to lvl 10 with Aya and I have no idea why i can't access the intimate lvl to lvl her up. Any idea why ?
To anyone whos having problems changing language after putting full save in since i just spent 20 minutes here looking for answers but got none lol go through the options till you see NTR in big letters the second option above it change it too number 2 then press apply voila English
How much intimimacy le el do you need with one heroine for unlock the first scene of netorare?,also if you travel around the refuge base map,do you Can find radomly some heroine having sexo with a random guy or a rival?
for the NTR scenes you need to unlock by talking to NPC and then fulfill certain fetch quests.
I can just Talk with npcs since beggining for unlock It?,i dont need unlock new map zones or increase the level of my relationship with the girls with gif and missions?,after i get ntr scenes do i can find them having sex around the map of the refuge or all ntr scenes is style video with buttoms < >?
Tbh i can't remember after which mission it starts but on the minimap at home base you'll see either question marks or exclamation marks can't remember which been a while lol that's when you know you can talk to the npcs i recommend looking around home base after each mission it should be as early as act 2 or 3 however if your still struggling

There is no real time NTR events (animations) in the Home Town unfortunately if you ask this, even if you've completed the all NTR quests in the game. But I'm also missing it, and that's partly why I brought up a possible NTR-DLC idea a few pages earlier. To see such events.
I see..and what happened in the end?,the creator will do something about it or he finished already the game and not will add nothing new in this game?
Well, I still have some minimal faith that they'll add something to this game later once they finished updating the AV director Life. But this NTR-DLC I mentioned earlier was only a personal wish nothing more. Actually the optimal solution would be if we got both a harem and an NTR dlc too. In this case everyone would be happy.
Delete save game files in the c:users/curent user/AppData/local/Sod2 folder.
