if you can't move through dialogue, chances are your save file is corrupted and you just need to delete it.

select all the archives and then tell them to unpack into the same folder.
if you already have 3 folders, i recommend just deleting them and re-unpacking.

Is it always like that or just this one time? Because if it's just one time, well, just reload the level. But no clue what might be happening there.

Did they remove the NTR scenes from the game in the latest release or something? On the current uploaded version if that helps
