You have to find and press 3 hidden little buttons to open it. These buttons are randomly placed around the general area leading up to that door, so search all of the rooms before it including: the big rooms with hospital beds lined up, the offices, the security room, the small rooms with machinery, etc. Yes it is a pain in the ass to search for them, I think someone in the thread has made a guide with the possible spawn locations for the buttons to narrow down so search for it.

They were time limited events, you would need a save with all the holiday content to see the rewards. The holiday events will return in the big dlc (most likely)

It is from chapter 8 (the labs). The 2nd half of that chapter is always chosen at random between 3 distinct paths. When you replay that chapter, choose to start at the mid level check point and you begin in a big circular room with lots of doors one of which will be open, then keep retrying until you get the desired path.

One of these 3 random paths leads into that area in the image. Then, when you open that glass door you get a costume that you can gift to the girls.

Yea the locations are beds, desks, tables, morgue beds, patient beds, cabinets, showers, etc.

I'm assuming that with the bunny option there in act 8, that the "bunny house" in Act 3 is no longer available/a place to access?

It's entirely single player. The girls are NPC's that help you fight the zombie hordes.

1.201 is for the Christmas DLC to work
once you have the cosmetics, you can upgrade to 1.33

sorry what do you mean by upgrade? i have the 1.33 and never played the 2 other versions?

Note:
1. This is a clean-DLsite version file.
2. Demosaic patch from ver.1.064 included but I didn’t test if it works or not.

Is this the Last possible version?
Or am i missing something?, also what is the demosaic patch, in fact now that I think about it sex scene where censored Help pls :/ from a coomer

I belive so, 1.3X is the latest, although I might say it's not worth much, the events are unavailable on that version, but if you already have all in your save, go ahead I guess
