From my understanding it's changing the name Rape of the Dead to Seed of the Dead to comply with Steams ToS with the R18 content installed

unfortunately in this game there is no NTR, but it was an excellent base for 2 which does have it!

Yes, Act 8 was added long ago, however, the thread here hadn't been updated, so I shared both the up-to-date censored version and the uncensored version the devs attempted to make before deciding not to continue with trying to make it uncensored.

uhhhh... the final preview suggest otherwise, unless that chick isn't an LI. (NTR via rape still be NTR, just not TYPE A (cheating), but TYPE B or C (rape, and rape leading to cheating (usually by mindbreak) respectively)).
Edit: Saw the that she is one of the LIs (the stat screen), so yeah, it be NTR chief, just not TYPE A.

2.)Just wondering where save files for games are generally stored.OS:Windows
