Man, I would love to see a route for Alexia to end up becoming the main character. She can already begin learning about magic, so having her expand her knowledge into other areas wouldn't be much of a stretch. It would be great to see a route that let's her take the leading role and have Rowan be the damsel in distress, to which she strives to save/protect him and take on the twins.

So, everything is coming along nicely. Most of the ruler events have been done and added, and DM has finished up the events for the new tavern job, which I'll be getting to this week. All that is left now is the content for the orc narrative, so we are on track for an October release as planned.
Since funding keeps going up, I held a backer poll for where they'd like to see some of that money go, and the winner by a landslide was cinematic (ie. non-porn) CGs. I'll be following that up in a couple of weeks, and allowing them to choose one to be commissioned from Erick. I also started this month's sex CG poll this morning, and I'll announce the results of that after the poll is closed on Sunday.
Art wise, Erick has finished the orc tent interior as you can see above, and it is one of my favourites so far. It has a wonderful atmosphere, (although I'm sure you guys would probably like it more if it had a few boobs lol). Keidi is busy with sprites needed for the tavern events, and MDN is well on with this month's CGs as the backers have already seen. I'll be sharing the finished articles with them as they come in, as usual.
Anyway, these scenes aren't going to code themselves, so that is all for today.

See, I've had an issue with Renpy games for awhile where text won't appear in the options/preferences menu. Very rarely, in-game text for certain games won't appear either. In Seeds of Chaos, text was appearing until I reached the Research screen, where none of it appears for the research choices. Since I imagine this won't be the only screen like this, it rends the game unplayable.
I've updated all possible drivers on my laptop. I initially thought maybe I was missing some default Renpy font, but I've found no one else with this issue and the default Renpy fonts aren't listed anywhere for me to download.
Any suggestions?

Someone had this problem on another forum, and posted how he fixed it. Don't know if it will work for you, but thought I'd pass it on in case it helps:
"I found a fix to my problem I posted about a few posts up, if anyone else is having the same problem you should hold shift and G together after you start the game and than pick one of the options in the graphical acceleration list and than restart the game, keep picking until one works or you run out of options. That is how I fixed the problem for myself, don't know if it might work for others."

Optimistically then, the new release will be out mid-week, but I'm going to set the deadline for next weekend, just in case.
Moving on, you may have heard that Patreon has started to crack down on the content of Patreon pages, and have suspended a number of accounts. I've always been paranoid about this sort of thing, and so far have been okay. Hopefully this will continue to be the case, but I will be making one change in order to be extra careful - I will no longer be posting the public releases here on Patreon. They will however continue to be available from the game's website, and various adult forums.
I could say a few things about this, but at the end of the day Patreon is a business, and they have the legal right to decide they do not want me as a user. I've spent the last few years trying to build up a following so I could make adult games, so I need to stay on their good side, or else everything is screwed.
Lastly, there's still one more reveal for Jessika to come. I'll be posting that in the next few days, so if you've been enjoying Erick's work for the side project, there's something for you to look forward to (in addition to the release, of course).
(P.S. I know MDN forgot Alexia's necklace again, he's fixing it.)

You have to bang Helayna to invite her in your room. If you don't bang her, there is no scene there. Maybe the dinner scene between Andras and Helayna can only happen if you don't bang her, I don't know.

Well I know the room thing is what makes Alexia cheat on you after all. I wonder if the Andras/Helayna scene really only takes place after not banging her would that technically mean he might switch his attention to her instead of Alexia?

Why not have Rowan corrupt her instead of Andras? Perhaps in the game, the player can choose options that make the MC more of a dark lord and corrupter, which can lead to a harem ending.
