I don't think it makes sense to compare the actions of orcs and demons with the modern (or ancient Roman) military.
Militaries are militaries, whether one be ancient or modern, composed of humans or demons. Whilst there certainly are differences between modern and ancient armies, In general people do not change. Militaries are made up of people. Even when there are differences of Morals/morality, you still tend to get to small yet inherent pieces that connect together...
Let me phrase it like this. If you got fucked by your commanding officer, what would you do? Would you incite a rebellion? Act out in outrage? Would you shut up, sit down and learn to accept human cock in your orcish orifices?
If the person who you have followed for some time, and possibly admired or respected (Because they lead you through successful missions, raids, campaigns etcetera) got fucked by one of your companions, what do you do? Do you charge down said offender with an axe?
Because if one of the Orcish soldiers took the opportunity to force themselves on Rowan, I wouldn't be too surprised if (Assuming you made the right choices in the game), one of the orc soldiers you treated with respect will just straight up murder the other orc, give a Thumbs up to Rowan and then go "I got your back Brah!"
Or do you lose respect for your commander? Do you then decide to ignore said orders because "Imma not gonna listen to a 'Humi' cock-sucker!"?
This is what IIRC is known as a breakdown of discipline, when you get soldiers going gung-ho and possibly ignoring your orders, soldiers 'fragging' other soldiers etcetera. As far as I am concerned, even in cultures with distinctly different sets of moralities, the things above are probably still going to occur. Respect and authority is important when it comes to command, lose them and you could get killed.
This is exactly why relationships among active-duty military personel is not allowed. Because hundreds, even thousands of years of Precedence says "This is a bad Idea!"
I personally think that a set of logic ought to apply, no matter which fantasy-world a story is set in. People go hard-out trying to justify having magic systems and demons which have rules and so-forth in their settings so that it intermingles in a way in which suspension of disbelief is attained (With only a few things being jarring if the World-building is done right), I don't see why people can't go all-out trying to justify why orcs fucking their commanding officer is a bad idea either. I'm not saying that Rowan fucking Orcs is bad, just that him fucking/getting-fucked by his own soldiers is likely going to be bad.
If you want to see Rowan fuck orcs who are not under his military command, I have absolutely no problem with seeing that content. But if there is content being applied wherein Rowan getting fucked by, or fucking... his soldiers, and there is not a potential breakdown of discipline or morale occurring as a result amongst his soldiers, possibly followed by a few executions to create 'order'... then that will test my 'Suspension of disbelief'.
Andras does fuck Rowan in front of his orcs, so is very clearly not worried about undermining Rowan's authority.
Can you please tell me where this occurs?
As far as I know, There are only three scenes with Andras and Rowan having sex which is viewed (Four if you count the possibility that Jezera watched you getting fucked in the Intro). In one of them, Skordred observes Rowan blowing off Andras, one where Batri observes... and then participates... in sexual acts with Rowan (But it must be noted here... that Batri has no direct or indirect 'military' control over Rowan, and as such is not a subordinate of Batri, because Andras and Jezera retain direct control over Rowan, possibly both in a military role when needed, and in an advisory role in general.).
In the last scene where Rowan has viewers, none of them are Orcish. It is the scene where Rowan gets taken up the Ass by Andras in the dungeon, wherein the Human 'Prisoners' are the viewers.
The only point in the game wherein Orcish troops might observe Rowan 'acting' weirdly with Andras is in the Arena scene... but you will note here that when Andras want's to get sucked off, he goes to the Dungeon, where there are no viewers. For the sake of conversation, If Andras didn't give a fuck about how this could affect Rowan's social standing/authority, why did he go to the dungeon to get sucked off? He could have just as easily gotten sucked off in the Arena and watched the pit fighting, where straying Orcish eyes might catch the event unfolding?
Of course, there is always the possibility that this was completely coincidental.
but Andras commanding him to do it in order to humiliate him would work. And more importantly, it would be hot - we should be happy to sacfifice some realism to keep it hot.
This is the point where I think this is actually plausible to have a scene. So long as said orcish soldiers understood that Rowan was following a direct command from a superior, then there would likely not be as much of a negative impact, because they would understand that he was following direct orders from a superior.
This wouldn't really be a sacrifice in realism, in my opinion. If a Red demon told my 'theoretical' commanding officer to suck my/our cock/s... I don't think I would lose my respect for them, they are doing what they were ordered to do. So I'd say that would be 'Realistic'.
Edit: That said, saying if something is realistic or not is a hard call to make. Because there is shit that happens in real life that you can read about and go "The fuck, that can't be real!"... and then it turns out it was all real.
In fact I think I'd probably gain a new form of respect for the guy. He just sucked me and potentially my buddies off when he probably didn't want to... but they did it anyway. Chug it down and keep on fighting!
You know what. This would be fucking hot.
