X'zaratl, Arzyl, and Shaya have certain elements that may be to the liking of femdom fans.

The entire premise of the game is Rowan serving the demons and either supporting them or plotting to overthrow them. So it's reasonable that any possibility to kills the demons would be reserved for the end part of the game. If Rowan were to kill the demons in part 1 or part 2, the story would lose its main driving force.
