Is there a functional difference between the devs doing the option you prefer and the devs doing what they’re doing now if you choose to wait to try a new version until the major systems updates are over?

So when I first claim Helayna and have the option in my room to do something with her I should keep doing that over and over to keep her there?
Also could you add back in the RenPy unlimited saves? Not sure why you removed them since that is the default for RenPy but I make lots of saves because then I can go back to scenes I want to watch again and replay them but I won't be able to do that with the limited amount of save slots

For clarity's sake, I haven't played any updates for this in a long time (same with some others I follow), but have been keeping an eye on the thread, and either option would've been just fine.
After all, it's a game under active development and we're playing "samples" of an unfinished product.

Actually I figured out what went wrong. When I came back to the room and she talked to me about her regaining her mind.
I chose "Rowan waited to let her finish" which doesn't give me the option to tell her that I love her too.

assuming it's not linear, does the game have some kind of chapter select where you can pick what you're doing? from what i'm reading it seems like there are multiple diff stories but no way to just start one unless u ask some1 for a save

.Goblin scene label is diplomatic_immunity. Require jezera_s_alliance_making_skills before it to trigger.

It's fine IMO, the disproportion gives the goblin a feeling of wrongness, which adds to its monstrosity.
