This is a porn game and in porn the Queen of Spades symbol is how a woman shows she's been 'blacked', that she only fucks with black men. The MC is white so of course it's a massive red flag to people that hate NTR.
Personally, I'm willing to give the dev the benefit of the doubt and believe that they didn't know what it meant before rendering the image but just seeing a girl wearing QoS clothing is enough to turn me off these days because my brain has learned to associate it with 'blacked' porn and NTR, which I find gross.

Oh, there will be more 3 somes. Nearly every path has the option of 2 girls and mc. And holy moly the talk on the spade thing. Yup, I believe that was the patch I didnt release someone leaked it before it was meant to be published. A lot of people had issues. The best bet is to always download the mega file I set up because anyone could unpack it and make changes etc. Regardless my recommendation is start a new game so you dont run into future issues. But you can always press the SHIFT + O button to bring up console and do type. jump the_crimson_seer
that wont promise future issues due to choices in that free roam though.
Man, I've watched my share of porn and played more of these games than I can count and have never seen the "queen of spades" thing ever be a prominent feature in any of it. Some of yall are insane with these "NTR" vibe takes.
This one I think just isnt for me, its just too branching at this point. Theres at least 4 different paths to maintain if you want to see everything with the girls and I probably have missed some. and its just not fun imo to keep reloading saves over and over and skip til you see a handful of new things.

Yeah I've played my fair share of AVNs and had no clue about the spade thing lol thought they were trolling.
atm zoe and core, layla and the lexi, celeste and ava, kara and the blackmailer (if you got that route) or a friend of hers. That's all atm may change as the story develops. and can also stay with just zoe, layla, celeste and kara as well.
