Granted, those are not all Japanese, but I'm a bit puzzled here. If you're gonna emphasize historical accuracy...
And there's a variety of options for dudes, too. Again, not all of them are Japanese, but they are at least Asian:

Is it always gonna be kinetic, or is the tag just for these early version where there are no choices? Because by the description and some of the previews it looks like it's a perfect VN to have different routes with different girls.

One could argue that in most anime they look nondescript, neither Asian nor Caucasian , without some additional cues and details. They feel like western characters here in this game, at first glance. On the banner it's even harder to tell which aren't the westerners, minus the obvious blonde and the sailor hats

I totally agree. All the characters, both male and female, look European.
The game looks good, and I will probably try it no matter what, but it's a shame. It takes a lot from the game atmosphere and harms the overall impression you get as a player.

Thank you for everyone’s feedbacks. Since this is still very early in the development. I’m happy to re-do the supposed Japanese female characters and re render some scenes to make them look less European looking in the next update.

I’m open for suggestions for what kind of female Asian characters you would have in mind for me to use.
Right now we
have this ‘landlady’ (the one featuring at screenshot of her touching herself)
‘Lady Oichi’ (the one with the yellow kimono)
‘Cha Cha (lady oichi’s daughter’) (the one with the red clothing from screenshot)
And NeNe (prob the most Japanese looking already when I was using the preset)
Who are going to be Japanese females.

I think a decent source of inspiration for models , even if from a completely different era plot wise, are titles like "New beginning in Japan" ... it features a decent array of Asian women (on top of Caucasian ones) , between the mixed race heroine and the featured Japanese women. Anyway, i appreciate the effort . I guess it can be hard, as most games with Asian girls around here, seem to be Honey Selector models based, or other anime styled stuff... and then we mostly see the same few Asian daz modelsThank you for everyone’s feedbacks. Thanks for your suggestions, I do admit happy with the current state of Oichi and Chacha.
However feel free to recommand any asian characters in Daz suggest for the character I have listed, I want to get people's opnion before I make ch the big change and before I continue theapters.

Yes in the future I will add animations for some of the sex scenes
It has a blonde pirate chick in it and it's still more historically accurate than Assassins Creed shadows

well all my questions and complaints have been answered then
1 - Make the Japanese characters actually look more asian
2 - Animations ( while i know its hard to do this one , so even without animations i would continue this VN , i am happy to see that animations will be included in some scenes , it just makes the VNs feel more alive)

I'm gonna venture a guess and say this story takes place before Toyotomi Hideyoshi rose to power, because that guy banned peasants from carrying swords at some point before or after he unified Japan, which made it pretty much impossible for peasants to become samurais.

Very well, in the next update I will make the female characters more asian looking. As for animation yeah I agree, when I play other games I prefer they have animation in scene too.

Yesh it's def based on Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and the wives he will have and meet are there too, however some stroy I might do some tweaks either in the battles of some of his known tales.
