Thanks man but I was already done with that part.
I meant the Tavern which when you go there they won't let you in and say only members are allowed. I found that I should buy appeal skill points and go the town square where a man is looking for someone with high appeal then you get to go to the third city's Tavern
Problem solved
Ah, you meant the dancing place where Serafina can make money. Yeah. Some wires got crossed in my brain over there and confused "Inn" with "Tavern". Been a while since I played the game.

Why there is no birth when wearing tentacle suit, you can enter the quest in pregnant state but you won't see any birth scene because no day passed

How do you do the "Tavern dancing" and "Teaching the boy magic" sidequests?
Tavern Dancing requires Charm or however that one stat was called. The one you can increase with either that passive skill, perfume, or by 1 per day by staying at the most expensive Inn at the city. Once you have enough you'll be able to get the job.

I don't remember what requirement there was for the "Teaching the boy magic" though. I thought that you could just get it.

For the boy one your lewdness needs to be really high. There's a similar sidequest in Seed of Evil (same creator) that requires HIGH corruption.

From what I remember, losing to the last boss lets you redo that battle. Though if you're too weak to beat the last boss anyway, it won't do any difference no matter how many times you redo it. The feature is there more to allow you to win if you lose because of poor strategy and/or unlucky crits or stuff like that.
