Hello my friends!

I am currently working on scene 17 (of 22), so I'm around 80% done. There are a few animations left to do as I decided to add a couple yesterday. I'm also feeling a bit better with that upper respiratory infection finally clearing out.



Poll Results: We had 215 people vote in the poll this week with 877 total votes. Only 12 people voted for all of the girls and 3 others voted for all but Coach Vivian. Come on, no love for Coach? LOL I guess in the next update I'll have to write you guys going to see her for some "exercise" hehe. Kidding (but not really!). Anyway, not surprised Rin won this. She took the lead right away and she's always had the most fans since the beginning. But Alexis was right on her heels. So I may do special render sets for both of them. I was happy to see Tessa get a lot of love, but also surprised that Camilla didn't score higher in this poll. I think some might have avoided voting for her since she really isn't a 'love interest'.

Special Render Set: Alexis (Devlog 12)

Hey everyone! Finally, here is the render set featuring Alexis... the second-place winner in our recent poll. In case you missed the Rin set:

I am slowly reaching the final scenes for the Serenity update. And I am hopeful that by next weekend I'll have a release date for the beta. It has taken me a bit more time working on some of these animations, plus offering options to choose from on about half of them pretty much doubles the work. So that is partially why this is taking longer than any of us would like. In the end, I'm hoping it pays off.

One of the reasons my graphics work takes so much longer is partly due to my use of some graphics settings that allow for a slightly higher resolution skin for my characters. Mainly wet skin. I will be making a change. Before I started using that thing, I had very few issues with lights messing up when reloading scenes to continue work. That one issue has caused me so much trouble - having to restart scenes completely over and work on them (leave Studio running 24/7) until they are complete just to avoid that- it isn't going to work for me anymore. After this update, I'll be switching things back to the way they were many updates ago. With what I've learned about lighting and filling up a scene since then, I don't think you will even notice a difference to be honest. The girls will still have the nice skin too, just not the one requiring me to use certain settings in my graphics plugin. So, starting with the next update to Last Human, I'll be using a much less complicated preset with a few adjustments, and setting up all of my characters with the normal high detail skin (basically the same skin they have now, just without the wet droplets/glossiness). I will still use this feature for special renderings, especially wet scenes though.
Anyway, back to work. It's going to be a busy week between full-time job and working to complete this damn update. Hang in there! Love you all, ...Fire

Hey friends! Yeah, this update is taking me a while. But figured I would explain why in this devlog. To start with, as I've said in previous devlogs, there are more animations in this episode than I've ever done in a single update. So far, I have 38 animations completed. And I still have more to go. So please be patient with me! I know a lot of you are still wanting to next episode of Last Human also.

Currently, I have 821 rendered images completed plus the 38 animations mentioned above. I have approximately 400 more images to render, and anywhere from 4 to 8 animations left depending on how I choose to do those. As you know, this is the 'sex' episode which is almost one sexual event after another until the end. There are also some plot elements mixed in, but... a LOT of nsfw. Some of these are going to be pretty quick scenes, some are longer, and some give you options to repeat or try different things. And later, I will start coding some replay options in some sort of a gallery. Many have requested that feature so I may be adding that soon.

Now to some personal updates... My wife was let go from her job yesterday after working there for 15 years. Needless to say, this has come as a shock to us and will hit us really hard financially. With taxes coming up and mortgage payments (and everything else), we're going to be struggling in the coming months. If you love what I do and have the ability to support me, please do. I know that not everyone has the money. But if you do and want to help us out, even the lowest tier helps. Understand that I am not one of those devs who is looking for handouts; I want to earn your support and I'm hoping this Serenity update will start a wave of good content I have planned. Those of you who are free members will still see content and most devlogs, but there is going to be a lot more patron content posted in the coming months. I'm going to be pushing the envelope a lot more than usual and pushing hard to complete this update and get started with LH episode 5. But I have plans for lots of special renders for all tiers, and possibly some animations coming to patrons on higher tiers. So, support for a month or two, whatever you can do. I'll do my best to bring you some quality content. I am very responsive to my patrons/subscribers. After you subscribe, feel free to send me a message and let me know which game you like most!

For my current patrons and subscribers, thank you so much for your loyalty! Some of you have been with me for quite a long time. I deeply appreciate your generosity. And honestly, I can't tell you how often this bit of income has saved us.
