It's a Renpy game with only story, you can't even repeat some event scenes, just play it, you'll miss most scenes otherwise.
Aaah that's sad. To be honest, if you already know how the story goes, just skip over everything, you can rush it in about 10 minutes if you know what to choose to make the story advance quickly
Except that's not really how it works. Artists and devs will usually just do whatever they want. As they should. But even if it was a complaint from a paying supporter, stans like you would say "Shut up and go make your own game if you don't like the direction they took."Maybe if you had paid to suggest stuff the game wouldn't have gone in a direction you didn't like.
First of all, and this is what people like you don't usually understand...When you're "pledging" on a Patreon page, to a Patreon content creator, you're not just "paying for the game", you're supporting a content creator you like, just the same way you do when you're subscribed to a channel on twitch or buy some merchandise you don't even like from a youtuber with it's logo and whatnot.
I understand how it works perfectly and think it's absurd. You're putting your trust and money into a complete stranger, for unknown content, of unknown size, to be released at an unknown date... At best, with no exploitation, no shady practices, no extremely slow paced work to milk as much money as you can (and these things are much more common than you seem to realize) without any of that, it's still silly. And it's extra silly in this particular field, because a fap is easy to come by, for free, anywhere and anytime you want. Hell, you could cancel your patreon subscriptions and buy a hooker in 4 months with what you save. What you don't seem to realize is that people usually have good reasons for calling shit on developers.
Do you happen to live inside a cave? All companies in the world(And yes, game developers and content creators too) want to get money. That much is obvious, but honestly, I don't want to discuss anything with a guy like you anymore. You're in my opinion exactly the kind of people who will just put any excuse you deem fitting to anything other people say. It's not more than that, simple excuses from a person who doesn't understand the kindness of helping others. My point still stands true, 90% of these games exist thanks to support. Good luck finding a quick fap when there's no content for it.

Plus seeing you go around acting like you're morally superior because you shell out money for porn was obnoxious. Of course companies want money, usually they sell finished products and you have some idea what you're paying for so you can weigh the worth. Perhaps there are some deeper issues with this whole era, this era of people feeling entitled to heaps of cash because they draw porn on their computer, because they play video games in front of a camera, because they post lewd selfies online. Conflating any of this to understanding "kindness of helping others" or the world being a happy place is ridiculous. I guess you're just trying to attack me and paint me as the grinch because you can't handle conversations or mild criticisms. That's fine, you do you, have a great day. And enjoy this update which you hopefully, considering your investment, found to be exceptional.
