Tutorial says to cool the sparkling water. I do exactly that and it just won't continue. So I try decorating it with umbrellas, straws, limes and all that other shit. Still won't continue.

You need to put first ice sphere in the glass, then add sparkling water. If you add ice later the drink will be chilled instead of cold. It's a bug in the tutorial. After the tutorial it doesn't matter when you put the ice. Also the game is very specific about some things, if you add ice cubes while they expect you to use an ice sphere, the drink will be considered wrong, so that could also be the problem in your case
I had the same problem. You need to put the glass close to the edge of the counter. If you're just a few cm "too far" from it you won't get the prompt to pour.
About sparkling water, when you put the glass on the machine you need to quickly re-aim at it to be able to pick it up.
The game seems to be full of this shit.

I'm not sold on this one, looks pretty good but without at least some hint as to what the recipes need its almost impossible to even get past the tutorial. I must have spent about 10mins trying different measurements for a mojito all with errors and eventually I gave up, quite disappointing as the graphics seem pretty good and the core mechanic definitely has me interested
Edit: disregard my previous complaint as I went back through and the game does give you the recipes needed I just didn't see it the first time as the hint is shown as you get the first order for a beer (for anyone too lazy to check themselves the button to show the recipes is 'Q')

Good game, I mean animations and female model graphics But too hard preparing drinks and luring them to bed, could be possible to skip or do something different
