Has anyone encounter an issue opening the app? I click on it and nothing happens. No error but no game as well, just a very brief mouse loading animation and that's it. Currently with japanese locale and able to run other games with no issues.

there is some kind of something in appdata/locallow/playmeow

there is there a file with a long name with seemingly random numbers and letters. however, it is encoded.
that is how most of playmeow games behave. if you find a way to decode the file, let us know

Большинство сайтов пихает игры подобной тематики под тег transformation вместе с кучей любых иных изменений персонажей в играх, что не облегчает поиск.

MtF игр много на tfgames.site. В большинстве своём на начальной стадии создания, впрочем такая ситуация практически на всех сайтах. Так что в расширенном поиске выберите мтф, после чего промотайте в самый низ и выставьте количество подписчиков/лайков хотя бы от сотни - это отсеет совсем уж проходные игры.

На island-of-pleasure.site встречаются игры на русском, там же можно заказать перевод игры.

Кстати, где вы находите такие додзинси?

Transferring this file to a new computer when switching devices doesn't work. So there must be another way it checks save data or something. Dunno.
I'm on the official steam version, but should work the same.

My guess is the dat file saves your system configuration and see's you're using a different pc and stops you from accessing the save.
Probably to prevent people from sharing their save files.
