Okay, who the fuck put "shopping online" in the dining room?? Here I'm letting weeks go by wondering how much money streaming makes and when the game is gonna give me access to some kind of online store, suddenly I misclick, I'm in the dining room, which I couldn't do anything in before, and it says "shopping online" on the table.
Let me get this straight. In order to start streaming, I have to go onto the computer, only for the computer to tell me to shop online first, and in order to shop online, I have to get off the computer and sit down where I eat in order to shop online. I...I'm not mad. I'm not mad. I'm honestly kinda mad actually, why would anyone put online shopping anywhere but the computer? I'm 20 weeks in I've wasted a fifth of the game time thinking this was going to be explicitly pointed out to me when it was unlocked.
Unless I'm just stupid and missed exactly one sentence that told me shopping was in the dining room, and if I did I will feel very silly indeed.

To be fair, the university isn't a job, so it was never advertised as something that would give you money, and it has enough features outside of making money to be worth using. After all, if you only ever take actions that make money, what would you spend that money on?
The convenience store does seem to be a trap, because I've found nothing useful you'd actually get from it. It's a bit of a shame because the narrative plot of the convenience store actually serves as a nice introductory storyline for how the protagonist tries to adapt to her new role, but it's not worth choosing because the rewards are barely higher than your monthly rent.
We start as a man in the prologue, and he is transformed into a woman. All the game is in the woman form (no futa).
You have to collect 1L to semen in two years. Or find the source of all this madness and fight it.
Anyway, you must secure first good income. Then next, you can start to do what you want.

This game really feels like a whole lot of nothing.

I beg to differ since the player can pick a family background that earns them money while researching at the university. It's of course nowhere near enough a job option to keep up with the expenses, but it exists.
RNJesus and obnoxious grinding were acceptable game design choices when playing

in the 90'.In 2025 one could expect computer assistants (I won't call them intelligence) to produce 90% of the code required by a game as simple as this one. This should leave ample time to eroge authors to express their creativity, pour some extra efforts into custom art or come up with original settings for their games (gameplay, characterization, story, etc.).
Yet most don't, content with a quick and lazy cash grab, and won't, because most players (still) don't ask for more.
If you really want to argue about technicalities, then I'll indulge you:
3000 per usage doesn't even cover the weekly rent of taking the action. So even if you took that background, you are still making a loss from studying. At no point is it ever a means of increasing your money. The background just allows you to lose less money while studying, which is why it's only referred to as a "subsidy".
Most importantly, this does not make it a "trap". The option has a unique purpose that's working as intended.
I managed to find all of the Statues, but I'm missing the Traditional Costume. Does anyone know how to get it?

That's pretty much what I already said previously, yeah.
The university is very much a newbie trap since it's the first location players get to explore for the first few weeks and because of at least one family background specifically tied to that location. It's a below-average place to explore once you've made it past camgirl and got a swimsuit. Even then, week-end lessons are much better alternatives, not to mention cooking.
That place is neither viable, nor very enjoyable. There is only a very vanilla (and rather shallow) LI to it and the expensive chikan lewd boost, so I wouldn't recommend. Convenience store doesn't lead anywhere either.
Point is (unless there are intricacies that I'm not aware of) the only option to enjoy the game is to start the camgirl route ASAP. Why the author bothered to create these two areas and enforce their exploration is beyond me, except if intended to waste time or if they're just clueless about game design/balance.
