Thanks lol I was only able to make it where the AI/cpu don't drive at all which makes make an ez win and make the upgrades free.

Thanks but it didn't work. I pasted it in S&D data folder and then launched the game but the opponents were still moving. If there is something else I need to do, pls tell.
