to anyone stuck on first baby birth, i figured it out.
you need to kill time, do not do skip month action for that last month she is pregnant, that will lead to the bug of not being able to talk to her.

sadly you need to kill time that last month or so she is pregnant, this worked for me and now i can progress after birth.

you can do skip month action until you get bugged out, once you reach the bug part of not being able to talk to her, at that point start killing time instead each day until she has the baby.

Anyone else on 1.2.0 still unable to interact with Reika after completion of pregnancy? I've deleted my save data and started again from beginning, but the same bug is still there.
