It was a bug and i just got it fixed. Go to thread first page and download the fix on GDrive. Saves are compatible, just put the save file on the new version.

Thread updated with a fix for 1.1, now it's possible to reach the boss in the snow dungeon. Download it from GDrive and sorry for the troubles, next time i'll make sure this doesn't happen again.
when i try to buy the permit for jean it says i already have it and in the place where there should be the region boss there is only 2 chest (no boss fight)

Update on the game: the dating feature is more complex than i thought, so it will delayed to future versions. 1.2 will now feature the new region instead and at the same time, the version with loli will be available too.
1.2 release is still planned for this month.

Version 1.2 is now available! enjoy the 2nd region of the game, the full story and find the mysterious NPC who have the download link for the version with loli contents. I've also opened my patreon page, where people can download the game and/or choose to support me. Patreon subscribers gets the download link for the "loli version" immediatily without playing the base game, can request feature, characters and certain types of sex scenes to be included in the game and get credits for it and lastly, gain access to my next game project: an honkai star rail hrpg (fully made by me this time, sex scenes included.)

A full save isn't needed, there's no gallery since all scenes can be repeated without any limits (and you can find the videos in video folder of the game)
I don't really care for 'free-use' narratives, it's too boring. And the dialogues implies that every NPC is taking turns with our favorite characters. And that might not be enjoyable for players to read.
If you're after simple and silly, fine but I think you can improve the writing without too much effort. For example, simply make the characters gullible and naive, rather than being sexually aware about what they are doing. Have the MC trick them (say, Amber is competitive and the MC and her makes a bet; MC ask Barbara for healing and 'relief'; Fishcl is delusional so the MC pretends to be a prince or knight).
The reason i made it like this, is because every region have a theme. the first is freedom where everyone can have sex, second is prostitution, so it's intended to be like that but i understand that not everyone will like it. At least, starting with the next region things will be a lot different and you can expect characters to be a lot different about sex. Can't tell much right now since i'm focusing on creating the map first. It's inazuma btw, so expect almost all female characters from there.
Also, i'll note your suggestion. I could use it for the dating feature so thank you, every feedback is good for me to improve
I'm guessing Inazuma will be some unending orgy, or sexual domination through battle (Fight to win H-scenes)... Might run into a narrative sandbag once you go with each nation's theme once you reach the Lands of Wisdom or Justice.
I don't know, I think going by each nation's theme ignores each characters' unique personality.
Unfortunately, i can't make such complex characters, t will requires months and this is a free project, not worth spending so much time on it. As for the theme, it's not related to how sex is done but the region itself that's why Inazuma is going to be very different. Theme is a Civil war due to a "decree" from the Shogun(not the vision hunt). Once story it's done, the region can be explored freely and sex scenes with the female characters will be unlocked only by dating them first, so it will be up to players to date multiple girls, or only one. At least this what i'm currently doing with this region.
Haven't decided yet what Sumeru and Fontaine themes will be, while i have some ideas for Natlan
