No. Unless you count the futa member of your harem having sex with one of the other girls of your harem in a scene that's technically a threesome.
There are a few other futa/female scenes here and there with some of the side girls too, but I wouldn't call those NTR.
EDIT: Oh yeah, like the other poster noted there is NTR but it doesn't involve the protagonist.

In a previous FAQ they mentioned that they were considering trying to make one, but because the game was never designed with a gallery in mind it would be a lot of work to actually implement.
