You don't! There are no clips/mags to reload, you shoot until you run out of ammo... and then rage quit. I think there's a chance of ammo drop from enemies and destroyed boxes, but I'm not sure and I don't care to find out.

I hate MP44 in the game, it does shit damage damage, it can't hit shit, you can't see shit when you fire it and it runs shit out of ammo. No wonder Hitler himself named it Scheissgewehr. When I play levels with MP44, it feels like scat and NTR tags should be added. I'm also starting to see reason in psyop allegations, those levels do make me want to commit atrocities.
