no, this is a game where you'll loop the same week over and over.....and over, and you SHOULD be able to do all of the content in one playthru......a repetive and LOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGG playthru.

When I get to the third day, I can't continue playing, all options are marked as “Locked”. And I don't know what to do. Am I doing something wrong, or am I missing something?

Game is in development, future update will bring new content. If you want a complete game you can play Sexbot 1.
To add to what Thornn says above, you can expect a lot or repetition, by design. In the case of these two games it's due to being in a timeloop and repeating some actions/events in order to unlock variations and advances of actions/events.
not played this in a while, but there should be something on-screen to skip that part of the day
