The private dances, 2x Emily and 1x Sam, are included in the hot tub scenes. You have to get the girls to prom and next loop you can gather affection points with each of them; then normally you should have the option to go with them in the tub (day 4 or day 5, don't remember exactly)
There is no official walkthrough, but you can use the gallery with hints to search for the missing scenes. Normally try to do a full loop dedicated to each girl (you might need 2-3 for the main girls) and then go scouting for the few missing scenes

will the corruption zeta influence more events outside of the neuro-virus ? (like when Emily finds porn on MC's computer and either rub one or is disappointed)

Yeah thats exactly what I am doing, Hence I am on playthrough number 7/8 (I've lost count) But just couldn't figure out how to get the private dances.

Been trying for a while to unlock the new Meiko scene, it's not happening. Hint doesn't seem to mean anything. Anyone know how to unlock it?

The hint is accurate. have the ability to see her at spin class unlocked. On day 3 morning when it asks what do you want to do get morning gym/spin class etc, do nothing IE skip to night. I also decided to skip the alexa night scene (calculator/ playmate/ etc). Afterwards a late night scene will appear with meiko. It's a tad tricky since you have to Skip doing something.

Why on earth would you want to change what the names default to? Just enter custom names like everyone else does.

You don't have to skip anything, I didn't skip anything and got the scene pretty much every time. Dunno what the exact condition is, but it's obviously a pretty simple one.

Not really accurate as that ends up with nothing happening, but that's fine obviously a bug.

You don't have to skip anything, it happens when our MC goes to bed. Meiko and Emily wake him up coming in the door. LlamaMann can correct me on this, but I think all you need is Meiko approval for that scene to occur.

The only way for you to know that a save wouldn't indicate what went wrong is if you already know what's going wrong. If you know that, why not say so instead of just 'it crash lol'?

The alternative to having a walkthrough is to make players use the vague hints from the gallery's missing scenes? The gallery that can't even be accessed normally while playing the game, only from one specific point?

This is a dumb choice unless the point is to intentionally hide content for no reason. This needs an actual walkthrough or a mod. Badly.
