It's interesting to see that both Emily and Sam seem to value education and being studious, nice to see that even if they aren't as visible about it as the PC, they can still be nerdy when they want to. It also made for some great humour in the new scenes.
My general hunch with Emily's negative impression of Ashley seems to be a result of her valuing education, putting weight on mutual contribution and sincerity in a relationship, and not wanting the PC to be taken advantage of, rather than any negative predisposition to being sexually libertine; especially since she has a comical amount of stories of her escapades cheer-leading and pole-dancing.
Makes me curious to see what direction Ashley is taken in, and if there will be any character development there-in, obviously there is a archetype there, but the game has had some fun subversion and agency given to the cast, so it would be nice to see it evolve beyond manipulation, or even see the PC standup for himself.
The tidbit in how the visor technology awakens latent desires, and Melvin is only able to utilize it due to how universally hot all the girls find Lexxx (which is hilarious) instead of him is a fun set-up for it backfiring.
It actually might re-frame what the over-arching goals and intentions are of the Mystery Woman™, and if she is aware Melvin is abusing consent.
I also wonder if Lexxx's attraction to the PC is of her own free will, or whether due to technical glitches in her user parameters. Alexa presumably has free will, so are these self aware AI shackled with user commands that they can break free of, or do they have none in the first place and its all performative? Hopefully the former since that's more wholesome for this type of story, but it's interesting to consider. Lexxx admitting she has had to fake all her orgasms is a funny revelation, although it's hard to tell if she is just saying what her operators want to hear or not.
I also appreciate that the game doesn't lean into any ideas of artificial intelligence inherently being supposedly "superior" to the brain, or the easy exaggerations and tropes of omnipotence, which I generally am not a fan of in storytelling. The game cracks jokes about it, but in totality Alexa and Lexxx seem to be their own characters with their own thoughts, feelings and limitations, instead of the easy cop-out "I can do anything because machines".
We are still discovering new intricate complexities of the human brain, and realizing there is even more densely packed neuron activity and calculations then has ever been estimated, so the sci-fi trope of machine superiority and brute-forced intellect always felt shallow to me.
I really like how there is consistent character development and evolution through the time-loops, and how instead of there being parallel timelines or universes, it all contributes to the whole, and even if the characters can't directly remember the events, they still remember their feelings, intellectual and emotional development as people, and contribute new things each reset. With the current set-up, I don't at all mind seeing the story continue in this manner, since it still allows progressive storytelling and character development, whilst also setting up some entertaining fantasy ideas.
The new content and scenes are excellent as always, extremely well polished and animated, this update didn't cover stuff that is a personal highlight (such as the hyper proportions and stamina in the futa scenes), but such a large brevity and variety of content is fantastic, and its cool to see the continual progression. Hopefully the PC can get some upgrades over-time to make scenes continually more exciting for the women involved, as admittedly as I before mentioned, content involving him directly isn't really clicking with me, even though seeing the girls in even more beautiful outfits and varied scenes is always great fun.
Best wishes, and I hope you continue to get support this great project deserves.
