To be fair, the default search order is ass. I'd recommend going into your preferences and changing the search setting to "Most Recent".

Because of the time loop aspect of this game, is it possible to unlock everything in one playthrough? Does this game actually have an ending? I'm currently on the third loop and I've seen the small scenes with the evil mysterious CEO but is it building to an actual ending that is impacted based on your decisions? This isn't meant to be criticism, I'm just curious if I should've been a little more careful with my choices.

The loop is part of the game. When you finish a loop and go back in time for another, some achievements carry over (zeta points). Others reset (affinity points). Your choices during a loop determine whether you get a zeta point for a character, or not.
There is an end scene, but it will require several loops to get it. Mind that end scene ends just part one. The story continues in part two.
When you reach the point where the end scene becomes available, you might still want to choose to postpone it in order to do additional loops to unlock scenes and achievements that are still unlocked.
How many hours does this game have guys? I want to buy it on Steam but I'm afraid it's too short
has multiple routes,scenes to unlock and achievements . That is to say you need to re-play the game multiple times and every time will be in theory different .
From all the Renpy games i know this one probably takes longest to fully complete

I noticed the gallery and have been simply using the in game walk through and gallery to play the game. I'm just exploring it for now, not really taking it top seriously. But would I have to create one game for an NTR and another for a non-ntr or can I have one game with everything.
Also with the ending, is it simply a good ending (non ntr) and a bad one (ntr). Or is it just one ending regardless of your choices?

No need for different playthroughs. Just loop as much you want if you want to unlock all scenes. You can easily avoid the NTR scenes if you're so inclined. Doesn't make a difference for the ending. Again, that ending is just the set-up for the start of part Two.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't taking the game too seriously and I was just enjoying the different scenes. However, the more I played I began wondering if the NTR would be hardwired into the save/storyline since I picked that option once or twice for giggles. I noticed some of the stats like corruption carried over but since every loop resets the storyline I figured it was just for those with an NTR fetish and to unlock more content with the various storylines (good or bad). I just wanted to make sure that it didn't have any impact on the main storyline.
