It's been temporarily removed to be redone to adhere to patreons policy changes. It should be back in the next update with some changes.

It's not simply NTR, though. It's the characters being overwhelmed and not knowing why they feel that way.
That's a subgenre of NTR: "the guy better/more confident at sex confronts the girl and she's overwhelmed by how good/confident he is"
As opposed to the other main genre of NTR: "The guy and/or girl are also getting off on the fact that they're hurting the original partner"
Which isn't necessarily part of the first genre mentioned.
And then there's "The girl doesn't want to hurt the guy but the sex sucks so fucking much, so she goes and gets it somewhere else, and the situations surrounding her absence hurt the original partner inadvertently"
Writing these out feels nice and accurate

You mean the groping that occurs after melvin brainwashed the girls but can’t get any further with it before MC balefires that timeline out of existence? Yeah it’s not NTR when the MC cockblocks the rival. It’s quite literally NTR avoided.
The only other times where Melvin gets sexual with the LIs is if you actively CHOSE NTR and you’re now on the corruption zeta.
