let me guess you only put the save in the save folder where the game is and not on the %appdata% folder location (asumming you use windows). well the instructions can be found in this thread so just search for it until you complain about your own mental shortcomings

also contents that are unlcoked are only until v1.5, the remaining stuff from v.16 will be needed to be unlcoked yourself. the good thing is you start from v1.5 end

Hello, Can you (or anybody) please tell me whether this save is supposed to work for android too or not?

The save does get loaded but the thing is all the scenes are still shown as locked (except a few scenes which I unlocked by playing).
Then I decided to delete everything and reinstall the game.
Then Followed these steps:
1. Opened the game> reached the main menu screen. Immediately closed the game without starting any new game.
2. Went to documents> renpy saves> com.phdusa1.sexbot and copied all the content of the extracted save folder into it.
3. Then again opened the game. The save is shown but upon loading, ALL the scenes are still shown locked.
What I am missing here?
No, I made sure that I copied all of the content (even the 2 useless ..H-Games.URL files) from the extracted folder including the persistent file.
The thing is I already played this game a long time ago (probably 1-1.5 years ago) but still I will play this game properly once again from the start but before beginning that, I want to make sure that when I will finish playing the game once, I can immediately see all of the scenes that I missed.
I also tried this method:
1. Deleting all the data and cache of sexbot app. (Going to app info and hitting clear data)
2. Connecting phone to PC through usb.
3. Then deleting all the saves and files in both of these folders:
i, This PC\Phone\Internal storage\Documents\RenPy_Saves\com.phdusa1.sexbot
ii, This PC\Phone\Internal storage\Android\data\com.phdusa1.sexbot\files\saves
4. Copying the save and persistent file from the extracted folder in both of the above directories.
5. Then disconnecting phone from PC.
6. Then opening the game and loading the save.
Still all the scenes are shown LOCKED in that save!
I even tried something different:
1. Deleted everything and freshly Reinstalled the game.
2. Progressed through the game for about half an hour, unlocked many scenes and they were shown unlocked in the gallery.
3. Then I backup the persistent and save file at this state somewhere.
4. Deleted everything and freshly reinstalled the game.
5. Then I copied the persistent and save file in both of these directories:

The rework was a result of Patreon and some of the content breaching their terms, oddly enough it was mainly the mind-control/corruption netorare content that seemed most contentious.
Now, instead of the girls/women having their minds played with and forced into (really obviously signposted) sexual situations with Melvin, it's now "clones" partaking in (really obviously signposted) sexual situations.
No, the sequel is the sequel.

The IIRC the itch version isn't the clone bullshit. Also, fuck patreon
I think Recalibrated will be different. The corruption zeta carries over. So now the girls will be willing participants and there will be maybe slight persuasion, but ultimately I think it will come down to MC's choices and if he gives them the right kind of attention. If not it opens up a void for other male characters to fill.
