Thats the NTR scene, just for info. To get this you basicly have to choose the NTR scene 2 times (so 2 loops) in a row.

I think I will just be making a NTR expansion pack with some of the commissioned scenes, and others that getting voted in by my supporters (in addition to the ones I wanna make). Ill keep the main game squeaky clean of NTR, and its up to you if you want to go out of your way to install the NTR pack.

After you accept his proposal, you need to go to the prom with Aelxa again, but this time don't go with Alexa with her new form.

How do I unlock this scene?

That is the NTR scene. You need to unlock Alexa new form, accept Melvin's proposal, then go with Alexa to the prom again, but this time don't let het go with her new form.
