Ok so when you progress through the church missions and have to decide between holy mother and sister v. There is an issue where i betray sister v, she is locked away but also still protecting the forest at the same time.

You can surprise her in her hidding place (the place she jumps out when she attacks you), that will give you an starting pleasure bar, after that is just luck (recomend to fully undress her in midle of the fight, before you use the item: reduce ejaculation)

The game has a random chance to spawn the "Cum Thief" (which you can turn on the variable with a save editor or the RPGM Cheat Menu)
Then you go the area with the red-haired guard at night, go behind the building and get attacked by her.
