Isn't the artist the game creator? I thought they hired others to make a game for their art, not the other way around? I didn't really pay much attention to it anyways.

Maybe? Doesn't really matter tbh, since he is still shit at it. (to be specific: the required roles for THIS game.)
So, even if the artist is the game creator: He picked a useless artist for that specific job.
Like, he is solely known for drawing hyper tits and men with hyper penises. And infamously claims to not know the difference between a goblin and a minotaur and is self-proclaimed shit with monster girls. Having spent YEARS exclusively drawing monster guys and the occasional loli and/or oppai. And censoring pussy because he can't draw it.
And... they decide to make a game about monster girls with this guy? That's along the lines of "Let's hire Zone and Shadman to collab on a consensual, lesbian romance game without a single dick!".
I mean: Did you see the sales page on steam or patreon before they hastily nuked it after all the backlash? xD
It boiled down to:
- "We are proud to present this dude famous for drawing, big fat beefy monster men, in this game about monster girls!"
- "This game contains NO grinding!" (despite being like, 90 % grinding)
- He shoehorned in his OC and like... didn't even really do anything with it. Despite it having more effort than any other character.
- I forgot the last part, but it was equally hilariously bad.
wait im trying to download it but it says its sweet dream succubux on the file name, are the dowloads wrong?

Steam version was here before, the developer added a few new things (check changelog) links above the steam version, has the new update , but the file size between both release are a huge diffrents

Holy shit, it's like the devs read my review and decided to fix the game.
Nah, I jest. Apparently lot of people on Steam complained about simple features like fullscreen, sound controls, better save mode, etc. Still, it's nice to see this game getting a well-deserved update. I'll definitely keep an eye on it and maybe even revisit it in the future.
