Are you a virus author? I can imagine no other reason that you would give terrible advice like this except ignorance.Quit using crap like antivirus. Instead use a boot drive backup app like Aomi and run that weekly. Get a virus = restore OS from an offline clone. Don't do dumb shit like click on random porn from sites you never heard of or links in spam emails and viruses are seldom a problem.
There are relatively few modern viruses that will produce any noticeable effect. Rather they will run in the background collecting your accounts and data. So even assuming you manage to keep a clean backup—and you reset every week—viruses you caught in the mean time will still have collected a weeks worth of data. And they will have access to your accounts.
Don't click on random things is good advice. But it's hardly enough.
