I know you're clearly not looking for clarification as I'm sure it's frustrating to respond to comments all the time like that. But some people actually enjoy futa/shemale content anyway and just want to know which is which before getting into the game.

Don't know, I'm not running it anytime soon.
It could just be virustotal getting pissy over nothing, but I'm not chancing it.
I also took a look into the files, and the only image that I could find and view was just of the classroom background or something, which is also kinda sus, you'd think there would be some porn or even just a fields background but nope. Maybe the porn is just in an encrypted file?
TLDR: maybe it's safe, but it's still kinda sus on multiple fronts, and I'm not touching it.

Yeah don't listen to AndonTheBest. I checked it myself and it reports the 32 bit version ShacklesofEllswyn-32.exe like in most games as virus.
If you are afraid then don't bother downloading.
I'm assuming this is your first renpy game.
Usually in these games the images can be in image folder or more commonly they are in rpa files. If you extract the archive.rpa file you will see that this game contains 154 image files
If you are still suspicious then I recommend you don't download any games that have Ren'Py tag in front of their name
So, how is the new update? The first "demo" looked very good, presentation was great. But it took longer to unpack the archive than finish the content. So I am hoping it is not as short.
